This hotel is right in the center of the tourist district, making it a perfect base for exploring. It is within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions, such as the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The staff were attentive and the rooms had all the basic amenities, including cosmetics and a great shower. The added bonus of a terrace was also lovely, and the breakfast included was a nice touch.
All was perfect, nothing to improve here.

Location. Within a few minutes walk to the shopping malls where you can get bargain leather goods.
We're very disappointed to find there is ml lift to the hotel. Beware if you have heavy bags. This information wasn't mentioned in the Booked.net hotel description.

The proximity to all the art exhibitions. We could walk to everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellant. The staff were courteous and very helpful without being intrusive.
It would have ben nice to have a proper hairdryer rahter than the ones in the bathroom that stop after a few seconds. An iron wouldnt have gone amiss for people staying for a week. Trying to get the baggage up and down the stairs was a bit difficult and would imagine this would be a drawback for elderly people.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-equipped with a mini-fridge and multiple power outlets. The hotel facilities were great, and breakfast was a nice bonus every morning.
Everything is what we need and want.

Location is perfect, a few steps from Uffizi. Very clean rooms, big enough.breakfast was ok.
We were suprized about the hotel's car park.i̇t was only for one small car!it was impossible to fit inside.but the hotel call teh valet and he took the car, and bring it when we were leaving. It costs 30 euro for one day but it was a nice service if you have a car with you.not nice decorated, seems old, no elavator.

Excellent small hotel in the very central city close to almost all museums and other interesting places in Florence. Very helpful services from the reception.
